Team Engineer NEON Intelligent service aggregation device is optimized for multiservice adaption, aggregation and routing, especially onto a modern ethernet and IP/MPLS infrastructure.


It is well suited for the cost-effective delivery in Indian railways migration to IPMPLS. The NEON features industry-leading switching capacity and port density in a compact 2RU form factor.


It supports up to 12x10GbE, 48xGbE, 96xE1, 24xSTM-1 ports with dual control and dual power modules. The NEON provides a comprehensive and scalable feature set of layer 2 VPN (L2VPN), layer 3 VPN (L3VPN) and PWE3 services with routing technologies, MPLS technologies, TDMoP technologies and clock synchronization technologies optimized for service providers.


The NEON supports both MPLS-TP and IP MPLS stacks, provides comprehensive end-to-end OAM/SLA/Protection features.




Neon can assist Indian Railways to migrate to IPMPLS in a seamless manner, initially we can connect on the spare single fiber with 10Gbps uplink and provide all the services required and migrate the STM & PDMUX services on to it , with products like TANSY which are new age hybrid devices supporting MPLS–TP that can provide legacy connectivity needs which will definitely be required for some more time to come such as Auto Phone / E&M / RS232 / Magneto / Hot Line / SPT/ EC etc.


Neon is capable to migrate to CWDM uplink upto 80 Gbps when required in future hence hence the product is future upgradable. Team engineer will provide devices to connect on copper at 30Mbps VAYU (High Throughput LE) for the existing router / switch from the OFC hut thus in this manner Team Engineer ensure end to end upgradation in the most practical , doable way and in a cost effective manner achieving all the needs of IR network.


Neon can also assist Indian Railways(IR) not only in migrating to IPMPLS but also release the existing STM / PDMUX and GPON optical fiber which can be used for other fiber begging applications like Auto Signaling / TCAS etc., few to name and thus help to increase the over all performance of Indian railways manifold times without laying additional optical fiber for the existing lines.
